The 13th Phantom is one of the Phantoms.
Fictional Character Biography
According to Team Fantomen
He was born in 1775 to the 12th Phantom and Marion Trelawney.
While in Cornwall, he came to befriend Ben Oakes, a future colonel of the Jungle Patrol.
He swore the Oath of the Skull in Paris in 1793 in the prescence of his mortally wounded father, shortly before the father was finished by the man who wounded him. In the Shadow of the Guillotine

He was born a couple of years after the American Revolutionary War (which ended in 1783) and his maternal grandfather was an influential American who made him meet with all the important leaders. He then fell in love with Jeanette Lafitte, the sister of the famous pirate Jean Lafitte, and came to marry her after becoming the Phantom. He finally got her brother's permission, though Jean Lafitte was dying then and was later buried in the Vault of Missing Men in the Skull Cave. The Vault of Missing Men
It has also been mentioned that it was the 14th Phantom who married Jeanette Lafitte. The Phantom Cowboy, and that the 13th Phantom married an indian chief's daughter. Buried Treasure
In 1795, the 13th Phantom wrote down events from 1745 about a Sangh pirate attack on a Spanish ship that his grandfather the 11th Phantom had told him about Buried Treasure

The 13th Phantom was killed in 1811 fighting Tiberius Chessman on top of Phantom Head Peak. After being stabbed by Tiberius, The 13th Phantom grabbed Tiberius and in the process they both fell from the top of the peak killing Tiberius and himself upon landing on the ground below.
