Plot summary

In the summer of 1793, Chris, the future 13th Phantom, is on his way to Jamaica but after a pirate attack he must stay for some time at the Swedish colony of Saint-Barthélemy. He discovers that a wealthy tradesman is cooperating with a pirate captain to committ insurance fraud and also a hidden pirate treasure.
