Scott Goodall (born November 7, 1935 in Aberdeen, Scotland) is a comics writer. He wrote several comics for British publishers from the 1960's and onwards. In 1981 he moved to France. In 1989 he began to submit scripts for Phantom stories in the Swedish comic book Fantomen.
