Plot summary
In 1785 Kit, the future 13th Phantom is staying with his grandfather Lord Charles Trelawney at Pendragon House on the coast of Cornwall. Nearby a criminal gang led by the mysterious Scarecrow are tricking ships into wrecking on the shore and kill all survivors.
