Main cover artist of the year was Luca Erbetta with 7 covers, of which one was a reprinted publishing schedule poster. Other cover artists during the year were Rafael Ruiz (3 covers), Janusz Ordon (3 covers), Adrian Malmgren (newcomer, 1 cover), Henrik Jonsson (1 cover), Mikael Gustavsson (1 cover, a reprinted publishing schedule poster), the team Joan Boix and Andrea Cagol (2 covers) and the team Sal Velluto and Eugenio Mattozzi (1 cover). This was the first year since his debut in 2015 that Henrik Sahlström did not produce any Fantomen covers.
