Fictional character biography
Lubanga was the son of an evil medicine man, Bawuko of the Bandu, and came to learn that profession himself. Lubanga's mother was the daughter of the chief of the Bandu and died giving birth to him. He was raised by The Council of Medicine Men until he was seven years old when he was adopted by the Llongo. The Evil Game, Part 2
In his seek of power, Lubanga is totally ruthless, willing to sacrifice anything or anyone to reach his goal.
He won his presidency from Lamanda Luaga by one of the dirtiest election campaigns ever, in which murder was frequently used. Luaga was more or less forced to use illegal methods himself, which was exposed in a twisted way so that no shadow fell on Lubanga.
His time as president of Bangalla was marked with terror. He tried to put everything under his control. Therefore, he tried to seize control of the Jungle Patrol and tried to kill its commander, who survived only by luck and then pretended to be dead. His time as president might have been the darkest period in the entire history of Bangalla.
