Plot synopsis
At the Voice of God jungle farm, its leader Kigali Lubanga tells his disciples that they are an "Army of God" and that it is time to remind the world of the fury of God. Teams of disciples will make a coordinated terror attack on different locations in Morristown. The reformed disciple Boto tells the Phantom of the plans.
At his clinic in Bengete, Dr Aron Cartwright receives an unexpected visit from the disgraced former president Luaga. Dr Cartwright asks him to stay there and work as a doctor.
The next day the Voice of God disciples travel to Morristown to prepare for an attack. Sarah Cartwright with a few disciples is responsible for an attack on Tweetham Mansion where the vice president, the commander of the armed forces, the chief of police and Colonel Worubu will meet to discuss the current situation after the president's resignation. The Phantom manages to stop the deadly attack. Sarah Cartwright is first arrested by the police but manages to escape.
Lubanga find former president Luaga at Dr Cartwright's clinic and hypnotize him into committing suicide. The suicide attempt is interrupted at the very last and when Lubanga try to shoot Luaga, Dr Cartwright leaps in front of the gun and is killed instead. In the pouring rain outside, Sarah Cartwright has a final showdown with Lubanga before he disappears into the river.
