Plot synopsis
In the summer of 1922 Jane Cary and her son Kit are visiting her uncle who works at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. His assistant Mohassib falls in love with her and kidnaps her, while at the same time trying to smuggle a valuable treasure out of the country.
