Plot synopsis
Dave Palmer, police superintendent in Watertown is fighting organized crime but the criminal gangs are always one step ahead and Palmer suspects a leak inside the police. Mob boss Falcone wants to strike back at the police, by kidnapping Dave Palmer's family, his sister Lily and his niece Diana. At the same time, Kit returns to Watertown, trying to make amends with Diana.
