Rama Singh was a member of the Singh Brotherhood who killed the 20th Phantom.
Fictional character biography
Rama Singh was a cabin boy in the pirate fleet of the Singh Brotherhood when he helped the 20th Phantom in destroying the fleet by giving him all the information about the armaments, sentries and location of the fleet. Subsequently he double crossed the 20th Phantom and killed him by deceit by stabbing him in the back. Rama then became one of the leaders of the Singh Brotherhood by claiming that he had heroically killed the Phantom to serve the Brotherhood and ruled over the Gullique island, one of their strongholds. Ten years after the incident, the 21st Phantom found out that it was Rama who had killed his father and has his father's gunbelt on display in his office in Gullique. The Phantom went to the island to confront him and reclaim his father’s gunbelt. In the confrontation Rama ended up blowing up the island himself and Gullique was destroyed.
