Plot synopsis
Devil and the 21st Phantom discover a boy washed ashore in the same place the 1st Phantom washed ashore. The boy seems to have amnesia but the Phantom thinks otherwise and finds a way to see what the boy is hiding. The Phantom discovers that the boy was hiding his father's reluctant involvement in a smuggling operation.
