In the days of the 9th Phantom, they were neighbours of the Zimbo tribe who used to steal their cattle. The Ossewey raided the Zimbo village with assistance from Looni, their medicine man, and defeated them. The Devil's Anvil
Their current chief is O'Weye. Commando 11
