Plot synopsis

Foreign explorers in Bengali have turned a paid labour job into a slave labour camp. Thomas runs away after being refused water and gets shot, but survives and tells the Phantom what is happening. The Phantom recognises the name Herr Otto and learns about his father's encounter with Victor Otto during the Second World War.
