Plot synopsis

The civil war in Rhodia rages on, a perfect scene for an arms dealer wanting to make a buck. Unfortunately for this particular Arms Dealer, he’s Bagallan, which means no matter how far he thinks his weapons are, they are always within reach of The Phantom. But with both sides violently trying to get the upper hand, will The Phantom be able to not only destroy these weapons, but make sure everyone gets out alive?
