Plot synopsis

Smalltime criminal Cappy Swargo has not forgotten the gold and silver he saw in The Skull Cave many years ago. He gathers up a team of Morristown criminals to attack the Deep Woods with gas. The Phantom joins his team using the name Red Fresno.
