Plot synopsis

When flying over Rio, Diana and the Phantom recount the time they sailed through the Melo Straits. Mermaids were causing shipwrecks, including the Belle of the Ball, which carried the Phantom and a stowaway Diana, who each helped overcame the female pirate gang posing as mermaids and a number of near fatal incidents.
