Plot summary
In Rodia, Nelson N'Dela is sworn in as the country's new president. Members of the former Rodian Security Service have fled to France and are murdering wealthy ex-Rodians, staging them like the new government of Rodia is responsible. President N'Dela visits The Deep Woods to ask The Phantom to put a stop to the gruesome murders.
