Plot synopsis
In 1811 Dawn Simpson arrives in Bengali to search for her brother who has disappeared along with Mungo Park's expedition into the jungle. When The Jungle Patrol refuses to give her an escort she and her porters go into the jungle by themselves. The Phantom follows after but he and miss Simpson are captured by descendants of a Roman legion under the leadership of Black Nero. The Phantom must take part in dangerous chariot race to be able to free her.
