Plot synopsis

The Phantom and Diana have been invited to the wedding of President Goranda of Ivory-Lana. Due to a heart condition, the president has had a pacemaker implanted. His enemy General Asolana has constructed a device in the shape of a camera that will trigger a heart attack and he intends to use it to kill Goranda on his wedding day.
