Trusted Man has helped The Phantom on several occasions.
Fictional Character Biography
Trusted Man works for police chief Ernesto Salinas of Ciudad Jardín in Mexico, who is a friend of the 21st Phantom. He turned out the lights in a lucha libre fight, so the Phantom could switch places with Ernesto. Later, he rescued the chief from Gravelines Maximum Security Prison in Rhodia, with a little help from the Phantom and "Towns Ellerbee".
