"The Vampire in Carpatia" is a 1976 Team Fantomen story, written by Ulf Granberg and Jaime Vallvé, with art by Jaime Vallvé.
Plot synopsis
In 1875 the 17th Phantom arrives in Carpatia to visit his school friend from Oxford, Johann Georg Steyrbach, who has just recently become the owner of Vacul castle. Also invited for a hunt is baron von Ducho, the castle's former owner. Also invited is professor Krügenstein who has come from Vienna for a medical examination of three people who have been murdered. During the hunt the professor mysteriously disappears and late at night Johann Georg's wife is attacked in her bedroom by a vampire. The next night, the Phantom decides to visit the cemetary to search for the vampire.
