"The Phantom Enrols & Votes" is an educational Phantom story produced in 1988 for the Australian Electoral Commission. The story was published in a free giveaway publication and is the first ever Phantom story produced in Australia.
Plot synopsis
Aunt Jess is a candidate for parliament. The Phantom wants to vote for her but does not know how to enrol and vote. With help from his friend Dot, he fills in the right form, learns the voting procedures and votes for Aunt Jess in the elections.
