Garage Graphix was a community arts collective that served as both the artist and co-producer (alongside the Australian Electoral Commission) for the 1988 comic "The Phantom Enrols & Votes" and 1990 comic "Vote 1 Phantom", handling the collective drawing, formatting, and free distribution of the educational material to empower marginalized and Indigenous voters.
