Plot synopsis
In 1884, Colonel Carver steals a large diamond from an Indian temple, then boards a ship for London. When the ship make port in Morristown old mrs Dalloway in a wheelchair and her assistant Miss Strong boards the ship. Also boarding is The 17th Phantom as well as three members of a religous cult determined to steal back the diamond.
