Rashid succeeded Commissioner M'Boya as Morristown Police Chief, presumably thanks to influence by Kigali Lubanga. Rashid arrested Lamanda Luaga who later was imprisoned at Boomsby. Hunted

After Minister Kanga's suicide, Rashid was appointed minister of Lubanga's government. Fire in the Blood

It is likely that Rashid was a member of The Snake Cult along with other powerful allies of Lubanga in Morristown.
