Big Steve was a member of the 'Shark's Nest' pirates crew led by Baron Grover.
Fictional Character Biography
A member of the "Shark's Nest" pirate crew, led by Baron Grover; Big Steve is tasked with killing the Phantom in one on one combat as part of his execution, which he fails to do, but his live is spared by the Ghost Who Walks. Later, when the Phantom is being hunted by other members of the pirate crew, Big Steve shows up to save the Phantom from being outnumbered and helps to bring the other members of his crew to justice.
Big Steve is imprisoned by naval forces along with the rest of his crew, but it is suggested that he will receive leniency given his aiding the Phantom.
