Plot summary
A young Phantom is on the trail of his father's murderer, but when the trail goes cold, he finds himself near the small US town of Clarksville where he attended High School. However, when The Phantom drops by to visit his aunt and uncle, he soon discovers this quiet town now trembles in the grip of the Grinning Skulls street gang and The Phantom's aunt was their latest victim.
