Description
As with Mallon's previous diaries, the 2016 edition is a hardcover spiral bound book coming in at 120 pages. It is full color within and again features images of Phantom covers from around the world.

Interestingly, it appears the Diary originally had a different cover. The website for BrumbySunstate, an Australian book wholesaler, lists the Diary with a completely different cover than the one it was finally released.
