Unused cover

In Sweden, book publishers may have to do a mock cover over six months in advance. This is only to be used for presales to book stores etc, and may change before acutal print. It is not uncommon for web shops to have the preliminary cover even after the book is printed. Maybe something similar happened here? ~~
