The Phantom #12 was a regular issue in the American comic book series The Phantom published in 2006.
It was released in two versions with different covers. The limited edition was originally intended to be 2000 copies, but a printing error damaged many copies.
This issue was also the first to include the "Behind the Mask" column by Ed Rhoades.
