According to Team Fantomen
A woman that the 5th Phantom referred to as his mother died in the Skull Cave in 1656. The Black King
But the 5th Phantom's mother died during his birth in 1626 Plague Infected The Ring of Death, Part 1, so this woman was presumably his stepmother.
