Character article?

It is stated that the use of an image to:

  • to illustrate an article discussing the story in question
  • to illustrate an article discussing the artist who created the artwork

qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law, but what about using it to illustrate an article about a character, as is done in The 31st Phantom? Either it also qualifies and should therefoe be mentioned, or it does not and then those images will have to be removed. Karl MAN--130.236.60.36 19:04, 11 September 2008 (CEST)

It qualifies for all images used however i think this is just a copy of my Frew cover one which was for a pacific purpose --Dark Lord Xander6 08:41, 12 September 2008 (CEST)
