This story was called The Return of Chatu when published in newspapers, perhaps it should be mentioned? Karl MAN--130.236.60.36 19:27, 5 June 2009 (CEST)
- I agree. Being a bit new to this wiki, may I ask where did the title "The Python of Bangalla" come from? What is the typical source for these titles? The last newspaper strip panel of The Jungle Trek mentions "NEW ADVENTURE: THE RETURN OF CHATU". So, should we rename this story to be "The Return of Chatu"? In fact, Egmont India (now Euro books) published some daily stories as comic books [1], and they titled this story as "The Return of Chatu" too (ISBN: 9788128627040) [2] Aman King, chief at The Phantom Trail 16:15, 6 January 2012 (CET)
- If the title is available in the strip itself, it should always be used. The problem is that several stories don't appear to show any title in the strip, and/or that the primary source for reading the newspaper stories in English is for many fans The Phantom (Frew). Frew has a habit of inventing their own titles for most stories, which then go on to be the more "famous" title even if it is incorrect. All stories that have been given the wrong (Frew) title when a title is available in the strip should be renamed. Andreas 17:13, 6 January 2012 (CET)
