I was under the impression that all covers signed by Jim Shepherd (JS) were simply cut&paste jobs where art had been lifted from the story art. However, this cover seems to be different - in the sense that it unfortunately looks too bad to be taken from the story art. I don't have this issue/story available, but can anyone see if a panel that looks like this actually appears in the story? Or is something mentioned about it in the issue? And what does the back cover look like? To me, it appears to be a poor attempt at copying Hans Lindahl's cover for Fantomen 6/1996. Andreas 11:39, 21 April 2008 (CEST)

I have checked the Swedish issue, and can tell you that at least no panel look like that. I must agree that it look like a poor attempt to copy Lindahl, perhaps Shepherd this time tried to actually himself draw a cover and tried to copy Lindahl.
