Télé Junior was a French comics magazine, published in the eighties, mainly specialized in comics based on popular television cartoons and series mixed with articles about the movies actors or singers. the comics material came from the Hanna Barbera Studios or Dargaud Editions. Three series of "Télé-Junior" were released, the Phantom being only featured in the last one in 1982. In this specific series were also featured comics like "Goldorak", "Buck Rogers", "Lucky luke", "Achille Talon", and "Galactica". At least two covers with the Phantom are known to be released.

An album Collection Télé Junior #3 exclusively devoted to the Phantom was also released in 1982, featuring three stories drawn by Sy Barry.
