San Diablo is an island country in the Caribbean.
History
Until the Phantom intervened San Diablo was run by a dictator General De Guzman. General De Guzman had his father imprisoned and had his brother, the President, and his brother's wife killed. General De Guzman planned to use the President's son, Jorge, to legitimise his rule.
