Frankenstein's monster is now living a peaceful life harvesting his crops in the Bangallan jungle when the Phantom pops by for a visit. He wants to know more about an adventure that he and the 17th Phantom shared in the 1890s. It turns out that Frank wasn’t the only "Monster" roaming the streets at night back then and the Phantom would like to know more. How did Frank and the 17th Phantom stop these monstrous bank robberies in the past? Could the Phantom put this new monster’s skills to better use?
