Henry Morgan's pirate flag is the flag once used by Henry Morgan, a Welsh privateer, plantation owner, and, later, Lieutenant Governor of Jamaica. It is kept in the Major Treasure Room.
Fictional History
Joonkar's nephew Omar was kidnapped by slavers and taken to Jamaica to be sold as a slave. The 7th Phantom went to Jamaica and rescued him with the help of Ben Calico, a former pirate who had sailed with Henry Morgan. They made their escape in Henry Morgan's abadoned ship Santa Rosario and the Phantom kept the Henry Morgan's pirate flag from the ship as a memento of his adventure.
