The Fantomen 21/2010 cover was created by Felmang, Alex Biffignandi & Germano Ferri.
Based on a pencil sketch by Felmang, it was later painted by Biffignandi. That version was used in the next issue advertisement in Fantomen 20/2010, Fantomet 19/2010 and Mustanaamio 20/2010, and as the front cover for The Phantom #1582.
From this painting, Ferri made another version using computer graphics, for example changing Sala's hair to look more like it does in the story.
