Colonel Doolittle was a Jungle Garrison Commander.
Fictional character biography
Commandant of the Swali garrison and avid lover of music, much to the distraction of his official duties; Doolittle is alerted to the misconduct of one of his underlings, Captain Neil, by his involvement in illegal pearl fishing by the Phantom. Colonel Doolittle pledges to the surrounding native tribes that the misconduct by his garrison will be dealt with, thus ending the threat against the town of Swali by native forces.
