Abu Simba was a master swordsman who trained the 1st Phantom.
He was a freed slave and former captain of the Turkish sultan's bodyguard. He trained Kizim in swordfight, and travelled as a performer when he met the 1st Phantom. He then trained the Phantom, who became an even better swordsman than Kizim.
