I've noted that posts here don't use referances (notes on where information originally came from) like Wikipedia does. Is this a conscious decision of PhantomWiki or are people just not doing it? :It is tricky because the Phantom has been published over the world over such a long time that borders change.

:I don't think it is a political comment to have a separate "Hong Kong (location)" page for those publications you mention.  While the (location) pages are for countries, they are for the fictional countries in the Phantom universe, such as Bangalla (which used to be Bengali - even the Phantom's home country has changed name!).  Perhaps the description on the "Hong Kong (location)" page could point to both the China (location) and the United Kingdom (location) page with a comment about its history?
