I am Jon Harald Søby. I created this user account in 2007; my actual user page seems to have been lost due to some software error, and it's not possible to overwrite it with this user page, for some reason.

Early last year an update of PhantomWiki failed and the database was corrupted. In addition the backup of the database had disappeared.
The db was reconstructed as best it could be done, but a table containing revisions was too damaged to be completely perfect.
In your case, I think your page has a revision that PhantomWiki cannot find in the revision table - and throws the "Error". 
I have a local copy of PhantomWiki from when the update failed and can see if I can find out what might be wrong with your page.
