Tom Smith is an American colorist.
Biography
Smith has colored most of the covers that Paul Ryan has drawn for Fantomen. Since 2009, Smith was also the colorist for the Sunday pages drawn by Ryan, until Ryan retired from the Sundays.
Tom Smith is the only colorist of the Phantom Sundays who has been given separate credits for his coloring.
After Eduardo Barreto passed away, Smith was the one who told Terry Beatty to audition for the job as Phantom Sundays artist.
