The Phantom Ranger is an Australian comic character created by Jeff Wilkonson for Frew Publications. The character is heavily based on the Phantom, which was also published by Frew.
The Phantom Ranger was brought up by Navajo Indians after his parents were killed by the Sioux Indians. He was known as Kina The Deathless One and swore an oath to fight evil.
