Amongst other works by Mario Caria, released in Italy, the following ones can be cited : 1968 - cover of polar books, Editor La Guida / 1971 - covers of "piccolo fumetti" (small comics format) such as "Sabata", "Loana", "Sylvie" / from 198O to 1983 - covers for Editor Edierre production "Banda TV", "Cartoni TV", "Noi Supereroi" / 1985 - covers for Ediperidici production ("Terror", "Storie Blu","La Schiava") / 1987 - covers for the series "Jet Set" / 1989-1990 - "Giornale del Crimini - / 1991 and 1992 - 14 covers for comic monthly "BD Balboa") / 1992 and 1993 - covers for the magazine "Crime" for editor Cioè. Mario Caria made also a lot of illustrations for architects offices, travel offices and for publicity sector. Exclusive covers for different countries : "Banga" (French Editions des Remparts),"TV 2000" (Netherlands), various videos covers (Germany). For the Fratelli Spada editions, and of course apart "L'Uomo Mascherato", Mario Caria drawn covers for "Mandrake", "Cino e Franco" ("Tim Tyler' s Luck), "Rip Kirby", "Flash Gordon", "Principe Valiante", "Agent Secret X9","Star Trek", "Air Falk","Bat Star", "Urka", "Albo TV".

Mario Caria seems to be the Italian version of Rolf Gohs when it comes to covers. So far, in order to make it easier to edit, I have added the cover with the earliest publication in the list. Since they were first published in Italy but this site mainly has the French publications, it has lead to that covers first get a name from a French publication (Le Fantôme (Remparts)) and then are moved to an Italian name. I see no better way of doing things, but as far as I know, the Italian Super Albo series has the same cover as the French Spécial series, then there is also the series of the classic heroes (or whatever it may become in English), which was published both in Italian and French. My suggestion is that we use subheadings for these different groups, which would make it easier to overview the covers as the current situation with a couple of hundreds of covers in one scroll box is a little bit too crammed. Later, we might create separate articles, in the style of Rolf Gohs Fantomen Christmas Album covers. Karl MAN 09:12, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Go ahead. I think that the headers only should be named after series title though. Mario Caria only produced covers for Fratelli Spada, never directly for Editions des Remparts. Andreas 14:43, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

Now when it's done, I understand what you ment. :-) The idea of separate pages for each publication (like Rolf Gohs) sounds good to me, since you can't get an overview of all his great work as it is at the moment. MiGi 18:22, 8 December 2009 (UTC)
