I haven't been able to find a credit for the supplement, but it looks a lot like the style of Knut Westad. Also, I don't know what something like this is called in English, a "cut-out" was just the first thing that came to mind. Does anyone else know what to call it? Andreas 19:13, 4 May 2008 (CEST)
