The Secret of the Golden Ransom?

The list of Gold Key/King/Charlton stories has Perlin as one of the artists of "The Secret of the Golden Ransom". Both deepwoods.org and Seriewikin, while this article seems to dismiss this. I also tried Grand Comics Database, but it seems down at the moment. Anyone with more information? Pjär 00:16, 10 April 2008 (CEST)

Yes, I e-mailed Don Perlin a few weeks ago, and took the opportunity to ask him about the matter. He says he only worked on the back-up strips for Charlton's Phantom, and never an actual Phantom story. I think the origin of this credit is GCD, which has then spread to Deepwoods, Seriewikin and finally here to Phantomwiki. I guess it qualifies as own research but better get it right now than never :)

Of course, this doesn't really say anything about Sal Trapani's possible involvement in the story, but I don't know how to confirm/deny that. Andreas 07:56, 10 April 2008 (CEST)
