Bengali criminal?

How Bengali is he? In "Crazy Louie's Story" he appears to be an American gangster with no idea of what Bangalla is like, getting fined for minor offenses and all. It appears to me that Falk have either just re-used the name from "Bullets' Town" or he have rebooted the character. Karl MAN 13:03, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

A reboot is likely, but since the name and appearance is identical I have included both appearances in this article (instead of referring to them as two different characters) Andreas 14:29, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
