I have notice that issue 19 is both at #7 and at #19 and that issue 3 is missing. I therefore suspects that issue 3 should be at #19. I do not dare to do something immediately as I might be mistaking, but if no one responds in a week or so and makes a correction, I will correct in accordance with my idea.
